EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT

YO!
it's freezing!

There hasn't been many new releases lately on beatport...no clue as to why!
Anyways, here is a track that was released in the summer time at ibiza opening party!

Hopefully it will warm you up!

Alright (Domain Pettigrew Remix) - Red Carpet
http://www5.zippyshare.com/v/89740728/file.html
This was the original track that tiesto played on opening night!

Alright (Mobin Master Bootleg) - Red Carpet vs. Thomas Gold
http://www.zippyshare.com/v/17384613/file.html
This is probably my favorite mix! It combines the classic piano anthem, along with some electro!

Alright (Brad Carter Remix) - Red Carpet
http://www8.zippyshare.com/v/32724959/file.html
Very minimal! I love this one! You really get the effect of the piano melody!

While on the topic of ibiza, here is another track that Tiesto turned famous this past summer!
It's a bit more on the trance side, but still a bomb none the less.

Wasted (Original Mix) - Andy Duguid Feat. Leah
http://www2.zippyshare.com/v/64908730/file.html
Reminds me of summertime!

Thats all for now!

UGGs... That's all I'm saying.

Okay so this posting was going to be a large complaint, but I decided I would just quote a site and post some pictures... afterall a picture speaks a thousand words..

"Ranchers and entrepreneurs put every part of the sheep to good use, making many types of clothing and other items. Ranchers and farmers wore uggs to keep their feet warm and dry. Later, Aussie war pilots adopted uggs for wearing on long flights, though they called their versions “fuggs,” or flying uggs. No one knows exactly how the boots came to be called uggs, but there are two theories. One is that “ugg” is the phonetic way Australian’s pronounce “hug.” The boots, after all, do hug your feet. The other theory is that early versions of the boots were pretty ugly, and that “ugg” was an abbreviation of ugly or an alternative spelling of “ugh.”"

The following photo is why I decided to be nice in this posting... I'll save my evil mean rant for these guys...

Seems like a blend between progressive house and electro house? Progressive electro!?

A Mili (Paul Anthony & ZXX Remix) - Lil' Wayne

The title says it all...

Sex 101 - Paul Anthony & ZXX feat. Laya Bella
http://www12.zippyshare.com/v/27992727/file.html
Again, loads of bass in this one! This track is true electro attitude! The more you listen the better it gets!

Body Music (Original Mix) - Paul Anthony & ZXX
http://www13.zippyshare.com/v/43880266/file.html

Tastefully Channeling the 80's Never Hurt anybody...

My favourite activity on a cold winter day is to look at all the collections, and pick out the biggest trends. This posting will focus on one of Spring 09's hottest trends. A flashback to the 80's? To be more specific I will be focusing on Christophe Decarnin's collection for Balmain.

OKAY, so we all know the styles of the 80's have been resurfacing throughout the past year, although, have I finally witnessed some taste put into a jacket with a shoulder pad? Balmain's Christophe Decarnin has created the perfectly sculpted shoulder that convenes power and femininity all at once. He's made the perfect reincarnation of the Michael Jackson Drummer Boy jacket, adorned with crystals, that is breathtakingly chic yet very hip and bold.
--WARNING: Must have hardcore fashionista balls to wear this out.--
I say this because most women do not feel comfortable bringing back the shoulder pad. They did it once, and they will forever be mocked. Although, if you want another try... Balmain is the way to go!

The reason his shoulder works so well, is because it is nothing like the 80's shoulder. The 80's shoulder was a big and bulky mess from the cuff moving upwards. Balmain's is tastefully executed, with a super slim sleeve moving into an artfully curved shoulder. This deliciously executed sleeve is not only found on jackets but on chic little dresses as well.

He had some pretty interesting looks walk down the runway, but it is hard to strip every ounce of tackiness from the 80's. BUT this posting is not focusing on the negatives, I'll save that for another time... So I give Balmain's collection a good thumbs up, until I trash the looks I disliked..

Ta,

THE FIRST MUSIC RELATED POST

so I heard this song a couple of months ago..and it never gets old! The reason I'm sharing it, is because I feel that "EMPIRE OF THE SUN" does not get/gain enough recongition! In my opinion, they sound like a derived version of MGMT...what do you think!?

Anyways, as good as the original song already is, I personally like the remixes of it!
Voila! Heres a few for you guys to listen to!
